    Disney's Ulysses in 1/220 scale

I've got more description in my upcoming weekly video that drops on Friday, but here are a few shots of a project that I've really wanted to do for a long time.

Files are freely available on Thingiverse, but needed to be heavily modified for actual printing and functional control surfaces, hull split, etc. Overall length is about 4ft. I fully detailed out the control sphere, and it will be a dry area to help offset the weight of the (rather thick and strong) hull.

Planning twin brushless 750kv motors, 12.8V battery, waterproof servos, and custom box-style compartment. Oh, and about a million orange LEDs!

Wonder what the effects the high mounted fins would have on the model once she's in the water.

Another ship from the movies I'd love to see RCed. Click image for larger version Name:	Nautilus_1.jpg Views:	0 Size:	14.6 KB ID:	183444 Click image for larger version Name:	images (1) (11).jpg Views:	0 Size:	53.8 KB ID:	183445

When I was planning mine, I envisioned making each engine pod self-contained, with the controls housed in a watertight box. Everything I’ve learned in Fusion has been focused on modifying those files, and I’m still trying to do that.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome.
