Why would we want to invade Canada? It is too cold and has way too many liberals. Plus there beer sucks

Hey Timmy is the real reason you don`t do 1/96 is because you can`t do small details?

Ah lets be peaceful. Lets agree that the U.S has the better military and Most of it`s people, who do R.C subs are some of the better ones in the World. Canada has the strongest beer in N.America and back bacon! Our whiskey ain`t bad either.

                    Hey Tim
Been reviewing your sub hull posting and I got to say your detail work is some of the Best I`ve seen. Can`t wait to see when Don starts making and selling your hulls since you sold him your molds. Very tempting to go to 1/72 just physically too large /heavy for me. I`m stuck with 1/96 and WWII German 1/72.

Well to be honest, and to come to Canada's defense (violent, unctrollable shaking), I have to say that Canada has the finest r/c submarine modelers out there, Dan Kachure, Greg Sharp, Kevin McLeaod, Rick Teskey, and others.

Wow complements from one of the founding fathers of the field. Ah if ONLY a small amount of your skills could be transferred, I would for sure would be in line for them.

If you want to get down to the brass tacks I am thinking about doing a 1/48 Alfa ay.

Just passing on what Asay, Dorey, Perrott, Kachur, Berger, Brother Otto, Weeks, Teskey, Burge, DeBoer, Sharp, McLeod, Manley, Bruggen, Mason, and the others who taught me. The Navy experience was also a big kick-start to my thinking/working habits.

We all are a product of our environment. I took care to get into close proximity to those who did and had the good grace to pass on what they did.

You bums: it's your responsibility to pass on what you learn here.

There are no secrets to this Craft .... only idiots who think there are.

Pics of the sail. Top of the sail I am going to resin cast it because it is easier to manufacture plus if I molded the sail in all glass there would be a parting line to sand down.
