    Nice. The Type VII looks like a Revell 1/125 or 1/144 kit. The other 2 are scratchbuilt.

      Interesting dive mechanism.

      Tell me if I got it right, as long as there's tension in the wound rubber band the dive planes are in "dive" position but when the rubberband unravels it causes the dive plane to go to neutral and the boat surfaces.
      Make it simple, make strong, make it work!

          Yes, looks like the rubberband end of run, let go of the spring, dive plan goes up.

          Bob, stay home with bad back, can't seat for long , can't drive down to long island, need something to do.
