That's Roy Burton's boat! I've been emailing him back and forth since he first started that project, and I actually sold him his portholes for the conning tower! He bought a 31" Nautilus with the R/C gear and is planning on building it up when he's done with his Turtle.
He sent me a set of those really cool copper floats, and I plan to build a Turtle much like his when I get the time!
