    Okay Dave,

    I'm crying uncle!!

    What's the trick to those beautiful 1" ventral flood holes? You obviously have a jig, but what tool?

    If it's not a trade secret of course.

    Forstner Bit? Multi Step Bit after pilot hole w/Plasitc bit?

    Merriman Heat vision? (I can feel it now!!)

    I chamfer and bevel with a #22 blade.
