I went to see HWSNBN a couple of days ago and spent a day in The Cave looking at all those goodies, and then peeped into the back shed (few have entered this Aladdin's Cave) where David pointed out a pile of tubes he wanted to get rid of. He's short of space.

So they went straight into the back of my car and I said I'd sort them out and offer them on the web. I may put some Sub-drivers on Ebay too.

As you can see from the photo, there are several Sub-drivers in various stages of disrepair. I am going to find end caps etc and make each unit as complete as possible.

If you just want a cylinder, then give me some dimensions and I'll try and sort one out for you, and will cost about $10 each. I'm thinking that complete units will run around $150 -200 depending on whats in them. I'll throw spare motors in free too. (We have lots!)

I'll blow the dust off this stuff and gradually work through each good unit, then post more details, but if you see anything that takes your fancy now, just ask.

I'm about to make the catalog page for that new product, Dan. We have John Slater and Mark Green to thank for the re-introduction of the 3" SD -- These guys have been poking me in the ribs for nearly two years now about this.

A completely updated version -- nothing in common with our original WTC's other than the use of 3" o.d. Lexan with a wall thickness of 1/8".

Here's a teaser, an 'improved' SubTech ALBACORE with a prototype single-motor 3" SAS SD and shots of the SD alone:

All the 2" stuff is still in production at The Cave, so it's highly unlikely we'll have those molds for 'cheapies' any time soon.

Sorry, but I don't sell O rings. HWSNBN was going to give me some dimensions, because I ought to carry a few. The trouble is, it somewhat depends on the thickness of the tube, which varies from batch to batch.

Perhaps we should send out a set of three slightly different ones in an O ring kit?

Anyone else have any bright ideas?
