British X Craft GRP with accessories

This is a 1:12 scale GRP hull with dive planes and rudder.

    Comes with

2" 3 blade RH Raboesch prop
    1 x 3/16 Prop Shaft
    3/16 Oilite Shaft Bearing
    1/8" brass Push-rod

I have lots of photos and a museum quality, very accurate model to take detail and dimensions from. I have no time to do this project, so it's up for sensible offers.

Ideally suited to a 3.5" cylinder.

    D&e 212 rtr

Too many boats - some have to go.

Here's an 'almost new' RTR German 212 with only a couple of small scuff marks on the lower bow.

It has a 6 ch Wfly radio, Sombra Labs Receiver, KMC Designs Angle Driver & Failsafe, Snort System, D&E Sub-driver.

    $800 or best offer.

Go on Mr Slater, you've been banging on about an X-craft for a long time, now's your chance to acquire the most accurate x-craft model to date. A big old tub at 1/12th, but no less difficult to handle than a 1/72nd scale Seawolf.

Andy - as we discussed I'd happily buy a kit around the 1/18 - 1/20 scale mark of the X craft. Sure bigger scales do suit smaller submarines, but to me (and my personal view only), is that going too big with a smaller sub starts to cross over from scale model to ungainly looking toy.

If I ever do either buy an X craft (if a kit comes out around the size range I'd like), or sewer pipe bash one, I'd have a very specific dive system in mind, -dynamic. The thing has bugger all free board / reserve buoyancy. The bigger you go however the more you need a dive tank / active ballast system. - Yet another reason why I'd like one in a smaller scale. It would be a 3 channel basic boat that I could pass over too the on looker or rookie at dive days and sub regattas.

                Hello Mike

I don`t see, or my eyes are bad, what the price of the X craft is.

                      Hi Mike

Any chance you would be willing to sell the X craft without the WTC parts? If so, how much for it alone?

                      Thanks Mike
