I have a beautiful OTW XXIII coming home to me. It will be getting a brand new OTW 3.5" cylinder installed. I originally built it years ago with a D&E cylinder. I got it back from the current owner and it's slated for the cylinder upgrade.

Anyone interested can hit me up via email. No pics yet. I should have it in-hand by next week. Will be sold completely RTR with either a low frequency or high frequency radio at customer's choice.
