I don't see an air-tight bulkhead between that diesel and the rest of the pressure hull. To my conservative mind, this thing is a CO trap.
Otherwise a well built, reasonable design.

That is a business expense. Paint your logo and website on the side. Dive and control subs underwater for research, that has got to pass IRS rules! When we come down to visit (and you know we would) it would allow us to see the subs working underwater.
