I needed to make some adjustments to the trim tabs. The boat originally didnt come with them. After I upgraded engines several times, it would chine walk badly! Its OK for the first time, but after that Its gotta go. I installed these two, twin adjstable trim tabs. They are about 1" from the keel. If I could do it over again, I would have moved them at least another 1/2" Outboard.
After the initial adjustment of the inside starboard 1/8" down and outside starboard flush with the bottom, all chine walking ceased. Harrah! But its always been twitchy in the turns, sometimes spinning out if you push it just a tad too far. Well today I said NO More.
I adjusted the outside starboard up about 3/32". Ill bet there will be a huge improvement. Not so sensitive in the turns. My latest modification is the 75mm(3") Aluminum Prop. Warehouse Hobbies, where I bought the motor, tell me that , that motor will turn it.....no problem. We will see. I dont want to lose drive-ability.Click image for larger version

ID:	91609 A servo operated micro switch. Originally it was used as a two position Speed Control. Two batterys in parallel and then in series. At any rate I use it in this application for a third channel operated Kill Switch for the engine.
