With the abundance of plastic kits in 1/144, I'd love to see an Escort Carrier kit produced.
I'm surprised that no kit makers have grabbed this scale for kits for this subject. There are of course other carrier kits in 1/96, 1/128, and 1/72. (The first two scales are a nightmare for aircraft kits and are British subjects, the latter requiring a customised transport solution and chiropractor standing by.

Surely Chuck you could mention this to a few China contacts????
A Casablanca carrier in 1/144 is about six and three quarter inches smaller in length than Trumpeter's 1/200 Bismark. Food for thought. I'd buy one, and in the Casablanca class there is a 100 to choose from.

I hear you but you'd probably have more luck getting Revell to come out with one in 1:72 to match their pending Type IX.
