Motion RC will eventually get them back in stock. The Fletcher was a very hot item when they initially got them in. I pounced on mine when they did. -
Haven't seen Aquacraft for some time, as the parent company went under. I got the Fletcher from them through my local hobby shop. I frequently visit the Motion RC site to see what else they might have, but everything there is listed as "Out of Stock", or "Coming Soon". The Bancroft is essentially the re-branded Aquacraft model. Have you tried contacting Motion RC to see what's going on??Leave a comment:

I’ve been looking for one of these Bancroft or Aquacraft 1/72 Fletchers forever. Any ideas where to pick one up? Everyone seems to be sold out.

Beautiful! Excellent weathering as well.Motion RC has begun selling a line of Bancroft boats. I recently grabbed this 1/72 Fletcher. It comes ready to run with a transmitter, Admiral 2800 mA 2S LiPo battery and charger. The overall detail and quality of the kit is quite good for something that is RTR and it performs well on the water. I have been applying some weathering and you do need to provide your own ballast but that is about all that is needed. There were a handful of parts that had become dislodged in shipping but nothing significant. They were easy to re-attach.
That submarine looks familiar! Putting it to good use I see.
Are you aware of this outfit? Kevin and I are members and they won't look down their noses if you put a sub in the water. http://www.wmunderway.mysite.com/cgi/yabb2/YaBB.pl
So enjoyed the many pictures and videos you recently posted of the SubFest event, Steve. Most thoughtful.
