    Propeller Efficiency

Of the two sets of propellers ( 6 and 7 bladed) included in the Kilo kit, which one would offer better power to thrust efficiency.

Make it simple, make strong, make it work!

The six-blade screw is for the Project 877. The seven-blade screw is for the Project 636 boats.

The stock 1/144 Trumpeter KILO kit represents the Project 877 design. I assume you built up your KILO as a stock Project 877 -- if so then use the six-blade propeller.

Don't sweat efficiency -- both type propellers work fine. Stop sweating the small stuff and get that thing into the water!!!!!
