    Can I use this in the Type XXIII

    Found this inside the Bonco box together with kit.

    Might load up a bit for a 2” diameter prop. 4:1 would be a better ration for a 400 size motor.

      Can't you just test, and see? Add to a shaft with the 2" propellor you plan to use with end of the shaft in water, use a Voltmeter to measure draw on battery. Looks fine to me but get some data.

        Show us a model you are currently running in the water. Only then your off-the-wall postings will have enough import for us to consider doing your home-work for you.

        There have been enough 1/35 and 1/32nd Type-23 posting, over the decades, for you to have seen those type r/c model submarines boats enjoying a SUCCESSFUL running-gear scheme.
