• wondering if this will work for it182mm ballast tank (approximately 1000ml)
• wanting to build my own WTC for the sub just need a basic design to expand upon

1000ml should be lots, but dependent on weight of surfaced hull. As a newbie, you should rethink building your own cylinder. There... I said it. Now you can ignore me.
