As you have a lathe I would machine the end caps of the dive module from some plastic stock rather than print them. Machining from solid will give a more accurate result and as long as they’re machined accurately much less chance of leaks as the material is homogenous. I like pvc for bulkheads as it machines beautifully and is very tough and inexpensive, but you can use most plastics e.g. acrylic, polycarbonate etc. you’ll see a lot of dive modules/wtc’s with resin cast end caps, this makes sense for batch work or complex shapes but not for one or two items of a simple flat endcap, and resin is not as tough as most thermoplastics unless reinforced with glass or carbon.

Great idea. I'm going to do this on my lathe. Thanks for the tip!

I started printing the S80, on my printer, Creality v3 ke. The first piece printed very well, but now the piece comes off the table right away. I changed the printing position during slicing and it started well, but when it was at 80% the piece "broke" and split, then it went bad, I had to stop printing. But I'm not able to print, it comes off the message right at the beginning of printing. Can you give me any tips?

it comes off the table right at the beginning of printing! I've tried many things, even applying a spray for this, but it didn't help.

Try printing the piece on a raft.

What does it mean to try printing on a raft?

I'm using the Creality printer's own slicer
