    Question on Skipjack fittings.................

Is the sail plane bell crank meant to swivel on the brass bar going through the middle of it; or is the brass bar CA'ed to it and the bell crank swivels on the sail plane shaft retainers? Hope this makes sense.

    Thanks
    Farlan

    Farlan,
the bell crank is fixed to the rod. The rod will rotate on the shaft retainers.
    Peace,
    Tom
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

          Tom,
Did you remove the aft alignment pin that the aft foundation butts up to?

Partially. I ground out the top for airflow. Click image for larger version

The area marked by a Sharpe will be removed.
            Does this help?
