COMING SOON! 1.5" Sub-driver for small models

Designed for the smaller models, such as the Revell German Submarine Class 212A, and the 214.

This 1.5” diameter cylinder sports the simplicity of the Caswell Snort System. It incorporates a brushless motor, speed control and servos already installed. This is a drop-in unit, virtually Ready To Run.

This particular unit runs a single prop output, but could easily be adapted to run a twin screw setup. Further designs are in the works!

    Any Update on this one?

System looks like it would be easy to install and simple to operate. I've got a Revell 212 sitting in a box waiting for this to come out.

I've been experimenting with a 1.25-inch, 1/16" wall Lexan tube and I think I can get that to work. Might have a working prototype by the end of the year.

        David,

How about a sneak peak then cause my 212 got a little taste and is bugging me for more!
Did I mention I saw a site where someone made a conversion on a 1/144 type 21. I wonder if it would be possible....

                            Bite me, Neutron-Boy!

We'll have some photos of the new SubDriver up soon with practical installations in the many different 'intermediate' sized plastic model kit submarines out there today. Would you believe I can even fit a variant of this thing into the small Revell, SKIPJACK.
