Question about radio reciever and transmitter

    Hi,

I recently bought the Seawolf Submarine Sub-driver and I was wondering what type of radio receiver and transmitter I should use for it.

Is 75mhz 8 channel correct? I'm planning on using it in a pool.

    Thanks.

You can get away with a four-channel r/c system, but the eight-channel is better -- with that you can use the bow planes.

Could I still control the bow planes with a 6 channel radio?

I'm having a hard time finding a 75mhz transmitter, is there a type you would recommend?

Yes. Any system you can find will do.

You're using it in a pool? Just use an EASY Sub-driver with a 2.4ghz radio.

You'll need to make the rudder bigger.
The Seawolf is hard to turn, especially in a pool.
Stop messing about - just get a Sub-driver!
