It does resemble the Amur class somewhat but no Amurs have been built yet according to Wikipedia.It is the B-90 Sarov. Its a technology demonstrator that uses AIP, diesel and a nuclear reactor to drive it. It may be that it is a modified Amur as redboat219 says but im not sure.
