I came across an article about the Tango Bravo Projects for the Virginia class

wherein they're planning to use decommissioned LA class screws to replace the PJ on the Virginias to cut down production cost.
I was wondering if this would be done on the Trumpeter Seawolf model would it have any advantage over the PJ?
(Is there a source of 1/144 scale LA props?)
And also, would be feasible to convert a Trumpeter Seawolf into a Virginia class looking SSN?
