              He's in Singapore. Maybe Albion knows him? I suspect he's buying models from Arkmodel and finishing them, as some of the text looks identical to Ark's.

                  Last time I offered to collect from a "Singapore" vendor on ebay, I found out he was actually mainland china, I suspect the same here.
