    SAS

The SAS looks very interesting and very ingenuous. My compliments and I will order one as soon as I get my Skipjack just about ready for it.

    Good man.

Today I've been doing the in-water trimming of the first model. Going well. Once I establish the amount and location of the lead weights and foam Mike will take up production of 'trimming kits' that will permit quick and easy customer set-up of the model.

As with the GATO and most other plastic model kits out there, we want Caswell-Merriman to be your one-stop place to go for everything required to r/c the thing.

I'll have pictures of the trimming tasks posted later today.

Very nice. Best thing to come around for us bubbleheads in a long time. Could be the future for rc subs. I hope Moebius decides to do at least one more subject if this one sells well. U.S.S. Nautilus would be kick ass.

We'll see. I would prefer to do an ALFA next. But, let's not get ahead of ourselves. I have the SKIPJACK instructions to complete, and one hell of a back-log of product Caswell ordered. And I still have not completed my end of the STINGRAY job -- Mamas has waited long enough for his SD. Plenty to do.

Good idea, but no demand for it. I'm backed up as it is.

Is there a video of the SAS in action?

Gee, you think this is where the magnet holding the sail down came from? I knew I had seen it somewhere.
