I would envisage that will involve an exchange of endcap and equipment tray in the stern compartment. An alternative would be to use either both motors with a gearbox running in the wet to drive a single shaft, or one of them alone with a gearbox or pulley to account for the offset. That would also allow you to use the module in a twin shaft hull.
I have an old sub-driver that I use on both single and twin screw subs without any issues. It will work with one powered motor free spinning as well but I think the free spinning motor wouldn't last too long.
