Dual ballast tanks with angle keeper

I understand that there is a video which demonstrates how to use an angle keeper to equalize the amount of water in both cylinders of a dual WTC. I’ve not been able to locate it through a Google search and I’m wondering if anyone is familiar with such a video? Thanks in advance.for any help

Very interesting - thank you redboat219. This approach seems to be an excellent idea. I don’t have enough experience to know if a dual tank system in a 5 foot sub would be significantly more stable using this approach. Do you know if longer subs with dual tanks tend to rock fore and aft quite a bit due to an imbalance of water between the tanks? Any and all thoughts are most appreciated. Thank you again.
