Finding pictures on the internet

Some of the pictures that I get on the internet are so big that the Caswell site wont allow there posting. I have to put them into Picasa 3 to shrink them down. However, before I do that I can zoom in on them and Screen save a highlighted area and the focus still stays pretty good. Then I save that Thru "Paint" and it looks pretty good. Here is an example:
