Did anyone Get a Proteus Model Submarine working in Static Diver Mode

I remember vaguely that Rick T created a Proteus from Fantastic voyage But I can`t find or remember what happened with it. Did he OR anyone get one to run as a Static diver version?
If so can you send me the link? Also what was the size of the actual proteus model?
