    Help from HWSNBN Please

    Hello Sir

I have an OLD Special Navy 1/72 Type XXIII kit that I figure I should get it together and run it. I tried looking for Cabal Reports on it BUT I can`tr find any. Would you be willing to help me with a few details? I see that No one sells the WTC so I have decided to make one basic version for myself, use of internal compartment air and a bag. Could someone please tell me the outside specs of the WTC used? Length, Dia. Sections: Motor, Servo, Electronic, Ballast, Battery/Power switch section? Also how was the rudder and tail linkages attached to the planes etc. What is the wartime hull color now available?

Thanks in advance for your time and Help.

Do you have any successful r/c model submarines under your belt? If not, this is too much challenge for a 'first boat'. If you have experience, I'll give you a hand.

Yes I have done a couple, 1/96 Allpha, 1/72 Type VII. The picture above help a lot. My plan is to make a basic WTC that uses it`s internal air for the ballast air bag with a small copper emergency pressurized air backup. Can you tell me the WTC size specs? Thanks again for your time/help.

That job was a while ago. Sorry, don't have the numbers you want. The subject drives the length, and the above waterline displacement drives the ballast tank volume. Do the math.
