    Another 688 heading to the Razor Blade Collection

    I saw in the local paper that SSN-751 (USS San Juan) is heading to decom today. This is the same 688 that Dave was running at SubFest.

      First of the Flight III units. Nastiest sail (interior material condition) I ever worked in!!! One of her COs was my Damage Control Assistant on USS Trepang, retired as a Vice Admiral. Was a great guy to work for. God, I'm getting old!!!!!! :(

          Technically, Miami was the first... but that was due to extenuating circumstances.
