No. However you can carry out slush casting, which will give a near enough result. Basically mix up a two part PU resin pour it into the mould and slosh it about until you have an even coating over the tooling, keep the resin moving until it solidifies.

Bear in mind that the end result will never be as strong as an epoxy glass composite.
