I have thought of that. Wouldn't be difficult to do. Definitely worth considering. Thank you.

Listen to this man -- he's the guy who manufactured and so kindly provided me with the tow-body I talk about so often. A magnificent little example of Craftsmanship.

Good to know on the aluminum spar. Right now it is carbon fiber but can easily be changed. I have not yet mounted the tow point to it so good to see where you have yours. Thank you.

    Beautiful, Steve!

the tow point is on the bottom, just forward of the lens, but out of the field-of-view. Ballast it to be just a smidgen positively buoyant. The low tow point will make the body pitch up as you speed up the towing vehicle so cant the stabilizer down a bit to counter that. That's why mine has an aluminum boom -- easy to bend for such adjustments.

    Towed Camera

I was very impressed with the towed camera rig that David M. had at Subfest so I did a little searching and decided to try a Drift Ghost X camera in a waterproof case.

It is bigger of course than what David has and I am not worried about putting it in a waterproof tow vehicle for obvious reasons so I designed and printed this to try out.

It should be no problem for my bigger boats to pull so I am eager to try it out soon.
