          Russian Akulas have much more sticky outy bits on them to make them more interesting. I have often wondered what the blister on top of, what I assume is the escape pod is for. The Indian boat must be due an overhaul soon too.

                    Just noted that the bow planes of some Russian subs are designed as a "Becker flap rudder” .......it was mentioned it’s a VICTOR I.
