    AD2/FRSKY/X- rudder mechanism Mix

When implementing AD2 with XRudder Mix, which should I program first the AD2 or the XRudder Mix?

You cant use transmitter mixing for x-tails when used with a leveller. You have to use an onboard mixer.

Awww, I was thinking that to be the case! So use X-Tail MIXer, and not the TX to do the mix?

Yup. The typical V/X-tail mixer is an on-board device that indirectly inputs from the receivers ch-1 and ch-2 ports, and outputs to the two servos that drive the stern planes/rudders. The angle keeper plugs in between the receivers ch-2 and outputs to the mixer input.

I am using a stabilized RX (SR6) from FrSky to both mix the X-tail and add stabilization. I'm still ironing out the process, but I'm happy with what I have so far.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome.

A receiver with built in leveller will work yes, as will a leveller with a built in x-tail mixer.
