Thanks Bob. I checked that email and it shows I opened it. Strange.

I am still unable to change my avatar. I have nothing at all that even says change avatar. I have them in every place I'm a member. Can you check the settings for my log in? Message says that I'm not allowed or authorized to create or remove attachments when I tried to upload my screen shot.

To reiterate what Bob has said-Make sure that you are signed in-then click on that blank face staring at you in post #3 above your name-that will take you to your HOME page and the blue Edit flag will be next to that blank face on that page only..You have to be on your home page

The Network Security Specialist is responsible for overseeing the computer networks for any security threats or unauthorized users. The Security Specialist will have to identify the compromised machines and will provide a brief of the security measures taken by them. They have to evaluate the security risks and come up with proper response procedures. The other additional tasks include creating and examining the software deployment tools, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

    Bob,
There is no such thing next to the picture that says edit avatar. It's just the blank picture that shows. Strange, because I've been looking for that the whole time.

I've followed the instructions to no avail. How do you change the avatar?
