Cabin Fever Expo 2026 (January 16-17)

As talked about in Dive Tribe here is information about Cabin Fever which is held on Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th. It is held at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center, 80 Rocherty Road, Lebanon PA. In 2025 Jake, David and myself were there and there were many other captains of model surface boats in attendance. Jake, David and I had the only submarines. All three of us are planning on being there on the 16 &17th.

Besides model boats and the pool, there is a scale train hall, scale RC military equipment hall, the RC truck and dirt moving equipment hall. There are also vendors like Little Machine Shop and other vendors selling machining type tools. In the pool hall there is a lot of guys showing off their steam type engines and they are running on compressed air pumped to the line of tables.

This past weekend at Cabin Fever. This video is by Robert Schmidt he made about my SS Miss Belmar which seemed to be popular at the event. About six people came up to me and told me they went fishing on this this boat in the past. And you can see David or Jake running the Albacore around. And Steve had his small sub running in some shots as well. Not sure what boat that he had. I have some more video and pics to go through. David also has video he is processing. Who was there from our sub crowd? Myself, David, Jake, Steve, Andy, Mark and another Steve.

In the video I called the ESC's receivers. Those are Vantec ESC's.

Ken that was a beautiful boat!

I have a question for Steve on his shark (which was also really cool). The only shark files listed on Bob's site are 38 inch long, was this the size of your shark or did you downsize it, it didn't seem quite so big?

Thanks. Those are the files from Bob without any modifications. Here's a clip I found... https://youtube.com/shorts/r0XK43keW...90MUhDwL1Xy-PB
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it. Anyone who wants to tag along is more than welcome.
