STL download

I purchased some STLs. Why can I no longer download them? I didn't see a mention of a time limit

Where from?, if from Bob, I think they expire for security purposes, he might send them again to you, then save to a file on ur computer

From the drydocks site. Im having trouble with one of the stl files (non-manifold with a ton of errors that crashes blender, meshmixer, and 3D builder when i try to fix them) and thought perhaps it is from the download process.

I did use the contact form to ask Bob 2 weeks ago. He has been busy and has family stuff so probably missed it. If it is like me, it gets missed initially then buried under new stuff so is gone forever. I dont want to pester him though.
