Questions for Caswell.

Hello,
When are Caswell open this year? When will they be sending SD's and fitting kits?
I am in Perth Western Australia, where is Caswell located.
Regards

Pawly.

I just got a big PO for SD's. Might me something in that for you, Pawly. Good news is most of those items are in stock and will go out this week. We're all trying to get back in gear from the holiday and the annual bout with the flu.

Nice work, I hope they remember to ship my orders separately. Hope you get over the flu. I take it is the serious man flu that you have.....

Hello. At long last I have a Revell 1/72 Skipjack and I would like to start on her Radio Control. Can you please tell me if the Fittings Kit at US65.00 is for the !/72 Skipjack so that I do not pre-order the wrong Fittings Kit.
Thank you

Hi, I have emailed you guys and have not had a reply. You have my old address on one of my orders and I would like to know if you will change it to my current address.
This has happened as I placed the order late last year when I was at my old address not realising you guys had a long break between the Xmas break and the new year.
My PayPal address is correct, will both my orders come to my correct address?

Pawly, best way to get thru is to call Caswell plating at (855)227-9355. Ask for Kaleigh Campbell. She's taking care of the sub stuff now

Got hold of Caswell last night, they are running a little behind by the sounds of it, waiting on the supplier.

Kaleigh is very conscientious, she'll help make it happen.

Good to hear you are better, I suppose you can't tell me when the Skipjack SD will be ready?🤔

Subject: order# 100001699
19 February 2016

I'm not sure how this is supposed to work. I wasn’t sure where to post these two questions, I figure that I can get counseled just as easy in one section as another if I have placed them in the wrong section.
1. Am I supposed to notify someone on this site that I have placed an order also?

On 10 February 2016, I place an order and paid for a 1/96 Blueback and a 3 inch SAS sub driver, order #100001699. I received an email order confirmation from Sub-Driver.com and from my bank of payment to sub-driver.com for the order. On 12 February 2016 I sent an email to sales@sub-driver.com asking for an estimate of when the order might ship. I haven’t received a reply the sales department. My account on sub-driver.com has my order as processing since 10 February 2016.
1. Is the gas backup system and associated subsystems an option on the 3 inch SAS sub driver, as referenced in 1/87 USS NAUTILUS kit, post #26, “you put the back-up in all my boats that will be run in open bodies of water ... don't leave home without it!” if not an option should I pursue obtaining one from Krasser through the garage sale on the tubes that he got from the cave?

Thanks
