bottle submarine

Hello everybody,
I am trying to build a simple submarine that could fit in a plastic bottle with its ballast, motor... I saw one such model in youtube first but there was explanation on how to procedd.
If you ever did anything like this please post some advise, plans ...

Talked with the builder, he was kind enough to send me some photos.
It uses a vented tank/ water pump ballast system.
No dive planes.
Wireless camera in the bow
Lower bottle holds the battery pack.
