    My third submarine.

    Got my third Submarine from Caswell today (07/20/09). I also have D. Merrimans fittings kit for the type VII. I hope not to make the mistakes on the C/41 I made on my first sub (VII C). This type VII has a warped right side hull. I hope this will not cause problems as I want this to be my best sub. I have David Merrimans fittings kit for this sub. It should be my best effort. I'll need a new S/D cause my first S/D has a problem. Sick Motor. Saving money for new S/D. Taping the hull to the bench didn't help at all. Still warped bad. Putting fittings kit in. Got rudders and screws installed. Stern planes are still tight. reworked stern planes, they are lose now. Having a fitting for the drive shaft bearings helped alot. I think that this boat will not have the problems the first type VII has.
