Neat, but is the adhesive on the 'inside' of the tape conductive or non-conductive? An important consideration when insulating PCB's

Good thought: but no adhesive on the inside touching the PCB left the peel cover on it removed just a half inch to glue it to itself but will turn it inside out to make sure
