Have a word with prop shop, they do a very comprehensive range of props for WWII vessels, not all of which are listed on their website.

We supply a large range of model boat propellers. Most propellers are made to order however we do keep a selection of popular scale props.

I see they do 0.6" and 0.7" 3-bladers in both hands.
