Bran new in the box Moebius Skipjack

Ok so it's not a 1/96 but 1/72. Got a brand new never taken out of the box Moebius Skipjack with a brand new G Factor prop. These kits are getting harder to find. Ebay wants $200+. I will take $150 plus the shipping. Better get this one before it sails off into the sunset.

Really? You can get 1/72 Revell Skipjacks brand spanking new for about £46 shipped on eBay. Same kit, but with better fitting mouldings.

Buy directly from Moebius, $119.99...just because it is listed on eBay for an amount, does not mean it will sell for that amount.

If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

          Does Moebius still sell them?

I think Moebius will re-issue that kit soon.

I have a 1:72 Skipjack in fiberglass. It was Mr Merriman's and is fully operational, finished and painted. It needs a WTC/Sub-driver. Comes with the carrying box.
Make me an offer. I'm only getting selling it because it's too big for my pool and too pretty to lose in the canal.

              SOLD

Stop messing about - just get a Sub-driver!

Guess I am day late and dollar short Mike. O well. Busy building Russian boats anyway. Also messing around with my Ocean Voyager Models 1/100 Akizuki kit I got from Don.

Still waiting for someone to cough up one of those Palumbo 1/72 Foxtrot hulls so I can make the molds from it. But from what I have heard from people that have one say it's a piece of junk.

No. Not a bad hull at all.

Whatever we may think of the guys business practices, know this: his is -- first and foremost in my opinion -- an outstanding model-builder. His work is excellent.

And -- excuse me if you've already done this -- have you secured Mr. Palumbo's (or whoever now owns that property) permission to copy his FOXTROT hull?

I just through the idea of splashing the hull. Don't want anyone to get bent at me. Think you guys know me by now and know I make my own designs.
