    SL-6 Reciever question

In the product review on Caswells site it mentions that this reciever comes with a ch. 69 crystal. Can you buy additional numbered crystals. There is only a small chance that the crystal that is in your radio would be a ch. 69.

So Mike, do we order these from you or from Caliber?

Order them from Caliber. We're not carrying these - just too difficult to inventory.
Can someone help me out here, and look through the Caliber web page and pick out all the 75 mhz UM-1 crystals we need and list them here? (Just for clarification because I get a migraine every time I look at this.)

WFly receiver crystal is a mini (UM-1) size, and of the dual-conversion type.

The Sombra Labs Lepton-6 receiver crystal is a mini (UM-1) size, and of the single-conversion type.

If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

Not in that list. You want the single-conversion UM-1 sized (mini) receiver crystal. Like this bad-boy:

            GWX1/R35090
            • CH-69; FM-RX X'TAL:UM-1 10PPM/PICO&NA RO/35.090MHz

            $10.00

I this for the Lepton6 receiver or the Wfly receiver? I simply do not get this! Why would one be con 1 and the other con 2?

Pass the aspirin someone, I have another headache coming on.

75 MHZ crystals. I hope this is correct.

That's it, Trout. To the best of my understanding. Mini sized receiver crystals for a single-conversion type receiver employing PPM modulation.

Mr. Aroosh: I hope you're watching all this and concure with the above as the right crystals for you SL-6 (Lepton-6) receiver.

A single conversion crystal in a UM-1 container with the right load capacitance will work. GWS single conversion UM-1 crystals have been tested and they work very well with the Lepton-6.

There we have it, all. From the inventor-producer of the Lepton-6 receiver.
