    The Mtroniks 1.5AMP BEC

    Steve,
    some questions:

    Is this a linear type BEC?

    what current does the ESC itself ask of the Rx or as the supplier of voltage to the Rx does it only draw current through the battery pack.

      Hi. Sorry for delay, home PC has been hijacked! Have brought work PC home. Yes, it's linear. The ESC demands very little of the RX (it is in fact typically supplying the RX through the BEC, but it's own usage obviously does detract from what it can supply to RX/servos), it's usage is in the region of 50mA (0.05A), everything else comes direct from batt!
