Is there any 'mixing' between channels on your transmitter going on?

Keep us informed on this, we'll do our best to talk you through this issue. One thought just hit me: is your transmitter in Helicopter or Airplane mode?

See! Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Those motors are rated for 12-volts, so go with the three-cell battery. About 1.5 lbs of lead.

Are you applying a drop of oil to the rubber seal of the vent valve (membrane) during your pre-mission checks-operations? If that is not the problem, then move the two wheel-collars on the ballast servo pushrode aft about 1/16".

back off the offending screws about 1/4", place a dab of RTV adhesive-gasket maker under the screw head and tighten back down .... NOT TOO TIGHT!
