    Really Dumb question.

There's no way the ballast dump servo plug will reach the radio receiver on the big Gato S/D with out a servo extension. So I'll assume I need one of those. What's the secret to get a hold of the servo plug and install the extension into the servo plug? I'm going to assume that I need some really long forceps. One with a little curve and one straight? Right, Help!

    What a dumb-ass question!!!! ...

... long pair of hemostats (get 'em from Harbor Freight). Or needle-nose pliers.

Yep, you where right. Harbor Freight does have them. I ordered four, two 12'' straight and two 10.5" curved. Now on july 13th I can hook up the ballast dump thingy.

I solder an extention on to the servo cable, and let it coil up in the SD. Too difficult for me, to connect/disconnect it down in the tube, each time I remove it.
Of course that will require removing the servo or complete bulkhead assembly from SD, to do that, but it's only a one-time botheration that way.

... and perform horrible, unnecessary surgeries on small, defenseless animals.

Ballast dump thingy?! God, I love them technical terms.
