Best way to hold WTC within the hull

Hi chaps, ok it’s come to the time to figure out the best way to hold a round WTC inside a hull. So far I have made a series of dense foam blocks to position the WTC in the correct position. But what is the best way to keep it in position. I am hoping for something simple and quick to place and remove from the hull. Thanks

A single 1/8" diameter brass indexing-pin secured to the bottom of the lower hull fits a hole drilled through the ballast tank of the WTC. The indexing-pin secures the WTC longitudinally, and laterally to the hull assembly. A single Velcro strap holds the WTC down tight within the hull.

Don't drill holes in your R&R wtc ballast tank, that won't end well. Better to make some saddles that locate each end of the cylinder and overlap the endcap slightly to prevent undesirable fore and aft movement.

Alternatives to velcro straps are releasable zip ties or silicone rubber bands (won't rot like latex bands) to hold down your cylinder.
