Couple quick questions

I have had to replace the black tape used to cover the ends of the ballast support on top of the 2.5" SD. Is this regular black electrical tape or something different? Also, when charging the Propel bottle, how long until it is filled up? I've read somewhere that it should be filled up, discharged completely, and then filled up again.

It is electrical tape.
Yes you do a quick blurb of gas filling and then empty the tank. This will chill the tank and then you can fill it and get the most in.
