    Radio frequencies

I have a 4 channel radio I got from an rc plane that was on the 26.974mhz am frequencie(how do you spell that???) and I was wondering if I can just put a 75mhz crystal in it and not have to buy a new transmitter. Will that work?

Nope it doesn't work like that - you have a 26Mhz unit (26Mhz band if you like)- you could put another set of 26Mhz freq crystals in your Rx and Tx. But the radios band is the radios band.

If its Futaba they have told me that for a fee they will change the freq. for you. But that is such an odd freq. What brand is it?
