Ictineo II - World's First Steam Powered Submarine (1864)

    Neat model!
After completing the course "Automotive design" "you will stop suffering from the thoughts" I can not "," there is no opportunity "and" I will not succeed. " A clear picture of understanding automotive design will form in your head, from hand drawing to digital modeling of any model of the automotive industry. You may even be able to roll a couple of mountains and achieve your cherished dream.

Narcis Monturiol just studied nature. Looked at a fish, based it on one. Very clever man, but a bad business man. Did you know he invented salt beef? He divulged information of how to make salt beef to a fellow who then hopped it over to England and made a fortune exporting it all around the World.

Monturiol never saw a penny. It's a typical tale of inventors. Nikola Tesla should have died the richest man in the World, he had a contract with Westinghouse that for every horsepower generated with his invention (the AC motor/generator) he would receive a dollar. Just think, every watt of enery we use is generated with his invention.

Unfortunately he was persuaded to rescind that contract for a large sum of money (although a fraction of what the contract was truly worth) which at the time he was in desperate need of to pursue his ambition of achieving wireless power. He died penniless.
